We are looking for 20 participants
aged 18-30 years, from Slovenia and
abroad, to join us at the nature-based
community space of Sunny Hills of
Istria, where we will present a program
that combines workshops facilitated by
Tina and Robbie of Društvo Lojtra
together with those from some of the
musicians collaborating in the Tune
Green project.
During our time there, we will
experiment with dif erent methods
and modes of improvisation
and composition in music - using
instruments, voice and dance,
we will explore music as sounding
and moving together, as well as what
it means for us as individual creators.
As a participant, you will work on your
technical skills in playing and singing,
as well as developing and ref ecting
on relationships with others
and the natural world through creating
interesting, exciting and meaningful
musical works together in a natural
environment.
We will connect the lessons
and patterns we learn through group
playing and improvisation to those
global issues and challenges
we frequently meet in our daily lives
- by paying attention to each other,
accepting our own particular gifts,
skills and contributions in concert with
the diversity of others, we can f nd
solutions and build connections.
